Welcome to the world of space exploration. As members of the NASA Alumni League, our job is to stay current on the many activities that make up the space programs of our nation and the world. We recognize the need to upgrade and change, even as we celebrate the success of our nation’s manned space program through the Space Shuttle and International Space Station Programs.
The nine Merlin engines designed and built by SpaceX for their Falcon 9 in preparation for the first ever commercial flights to the International Space Station. Next launch: April 30.
We take pride in drawing upon our former NASA members to share experiences and provide advice when appropriate. We also enjoy joining together in meetings and special events to commemorate our nation’s past and current achievements in space. We strive to recognize, acknowledge, support and encourage those who come after us in pursuing the future exploration of our universe.
